Sunny Dawn Johnston Cancun Retreat will be September September 21, 2022 for 5 nights. You will check out September 26, 2022. This years retreat will be at Planet Hollywood Adult Scene. We will be in the adults only section of a much larger resort. Our rooms this year will be swim out rooms. This All Inclusive Resort is part of Marriott's Autograph Collection. The resort is in an area called Costa Mujeras which is just a bit north of Cancun.
Rates are $1644 per person for a double occupancy junior suite swim out room. A single occupancy junior suite swim out room will be $2000. If you should want extra days on the front or back end, the rates would be $200 per night per person double occupancy, and $300 per night for a single per night. Let Jerry Miner know right away if you are wanting extra nights as the availability may not be there the closer we get to the trip.
The rate includes 5 nights room, transfers to and from the airport, insurance, and an all day excursion to Royal Garrafon. See the description below. Please note Airfare not included. Sunny's workshop fees are also not included in this pricing.
A note about the insurance. The insurance covers medical expenses incurred while in Mexico. It also will help cover some of your loss should you need to cancel your reservation. Ask Jerry Miner for a copy of the insurance information if you want more details.
The deposit to hold your space is $350. Cancellations from deposit date to May 1, 2022 will incur a $50 processing fee. Cancellations From May 2,2022 - June 13, 2022 will incur a $100 processing fee. Cancellations June 14, 2022- July 1, 2022 will incur a $100 fee plus 1 night penalty. Cancellations after July 8, 2022 will be considered non refundable. At this point you will have to file for insurance to cover your loss.
Final Payments are due July 8, 2022
You will need a valid passport for this trip and you should have an expiration date of no earlier than March 27, 2023. You will need to email or text Jerry a copy of your passport.
As soon as you have your flight arrangements, please send Jerry a copy. He will need to get the flight information to the company that takes care of the airport transfers.
